So, I’m not surprised that they are snuffing out all the negative press about defects, holes and shoddy customer care by instituting a company wide home office endorsed and enforced LuLaRoe happiness policy! No more confusion about warranty, happiness, customer care because it’s ALL the SAME for all retailers! Things are changing and that’s good (in my opinion). As hard as it is, this commitment and a company wide LuLaRoe “happiness policy” being instituted is fantastic news! Did you know that LuLaRoe ships to us retailers over half a million pieces of clothing EVERY DAY? Did you know that our damage rate is FIVE TIMES LESS than the general marketplace standard? That’s AMAZING!
LuLaRoe takes the culture of their company seriously. They take seriously the working conditions of EVERY hand that touches their products and serves their customers and retailers. They take seriously the fair pay of their workers around the world. Before moving manufacturing globally after starting out manufacturing their clothing exclusively in the U.S.A. they painstakingly researched and chose manufacturing facilities that had strong ethics, great working conditions and fairly paid their workers. In fact, in most places workers are paid MORE than the industry standard. We are proud to be blessing lives and strengthening families not only in the USA but in the seven additional countries where we have facilities: Guatemala, Vietnam, Korea, China, Indonesia, India, and Mexico. LuLaRoe’s home office staff and mentors (highest level of leadership among retailers) visit the facilities at least annually and are open about the production practices and care of their workers and facilities. Although this company is still in it’s infancy they are handling their growing pains with grace and addressing the needs of it’s retailers and customers and I couldn’t be more proud of being a part of the magic happening with this amazing company!
